About Lori as a Counselor
Lori is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate of Washington. She provides in person counseling in Camas, WA or online counseling for Washington residents.
By creating a safe and non-judgmental space for working through challenges, Lori and client work together to bring joy, peace, and strength back into the resilient life. Lori enjoys using educational tools while working through depression and anxiety issues identifying and replacing unhealthy core beliefs.
Her goal is to walk with clients helping them find their values, strengths, and grow to be their best person. Lori believes the client holds all the answers for the change they desire, and she helps them discover and implement them. As a therapist, she facilitates an environment in which the client brings about their own positive change. As a therapist, she adopts the three pillars of Person-centered therapy into her practice: empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence by being self-aware, genuine, and authentic with her clients.
