Travis is able to offer supervisory billing under her direct supervisor in order to offer in-network benefits and rates for clients with Kaiser Permanente NW Commercial Insurance and PacificSource Commercial Insurance.

Travis is an out-of-network provider and is able to provide superbills (“therapy receipts”) to any client who wishes to use his/her out-of-network benefits with all other commercial insurance carriers.

When exploring your out-of-network benefits, ask your insurance about the deductible, reimbursement, and process for submitting superbills.

Counselors and providers are better able to protect your personal and health information with the greatest degree of privacy when you pay privately for your services without using insurance. Your records remain free from any audit or compliance check. You have the most flexibility and control in deciding the session frequency, longevity, content, and interventions. Mental health diagnoses are not provided to your insurance.
